Structures Unlimited, Inc. (SUI) is a minority business enterprise firm, incorporated in the District of Columbia, with offices in Washington, D.C. and Prince George's County, Maryland.
SUI specializes in land development and construction management. The company was started in 1994 with the specialized focus on Multi-family, Affordable Housing and Commercial Real Estate development.

By partnering with some of the larger firms in the country, SUI has completed several projects in the New York area and the Mid-Atlantic region. The company is currently developing a $45 million, 212 unit planned community inside the Capital Beltway located in a major revitalization district in Prince George's County.
